Raga.ai is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of our GenAI evaluation and observability platform. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution to make GenAI applications more secure and reliable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full product lifecycle for core Raga.ai platform capabilities, including requirements gathering, UX design, feature prioritization, and release planning
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-impact solutions
  • Deeply understand the GenAI landscape, customer pain points, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the platform
  • Effectively communicate the product vision, roadmap, and value proposition to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead customer-facing product pitch meetings to showcase Raga.ai's capabilities and secure new business

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in the AI/ML or security software space
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in data science and AI
  • Strong understanding of GenAI technologies, use cases, and the evolving regulatory environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including experience leading customer presentations
  • Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
  • Technical aptitude to understand platform architecture and integrations
  • MBA from Tier1 College and Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred
