Quality Assurance SpecialistWe are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Specialist to contribute to the development of high-quality software solutions. This role involves designing and executing effective test strategies to ensure timely delivery of our products.Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Java and Cypress for web and API applications, enhancing overall system quality.Design, write, and execute test cases and scenarios for functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.Perform thorough API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar libraries to guarantee system integration quality and reliability.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Java, Cypress, and API testing and is passionate about building robust software systems that meet customer expectations.Key Responsibilities:Test Development and Execution* Design, create, and execute comprehensive test plans and cases to ensure product quality.Technical Expertise* Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Java and Cypress for web and API applications.Collaboration and Communication* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.Continuous Improvement* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve testing methodologies and tools.Requirements:Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.Experience* 2+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in a Java-based environment.Skills* Proficient in Java programming language and relevant testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, TestNG).* Experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).* Strong understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).Certifications* Certified Software Tester (CSTE) or equivalent certification preferred.What We Offer:A dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and professional development, including training and mentorship programs.
