And more – 10+ new apps in testing & exploration across agricultural advisory, legal advisory, financial guidance, and AI-powered personal assistants. ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to prospective clients and effectively promote Lokal App's services. Engage with users to identify their needs and create tailored solutions that fit their requirements. Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and leads in the CRM system. Follow up on leads and manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing. Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage campaigns and enhance sales efforts. Provide feedback on customer interactions and market trends to help shape future strategies. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of Lokal App. RequirementsFluency in Kannada and a good command of English. Previous experience in tele sales or sales roles is preferred. Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM software, Excel and sales tracking tools is a plus. Motivated and goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales.
