The role requires strong hands-on expertise in AxiomSL ControllerView to design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions for both global (Basel III, CRR/CRD IV, Liquidity, FINREP, COREP, etc.) and Indian (RBI, SEBI, IRDAI) regulatory frameworks. The developer will work closely with business, finance, and compliance teams to ensure timely, accurate, and audit-compliant reports.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain AxiomSL regulatory reporting workflows, data models, and control frameworks.Deliver reports required by global regulators (Basel III, CRD IV, Liquidity – LCR/NSFR, Capital Adequacy, MAS, PRA, FED, ECB) and Indian regulators (RBI – ALM, CRR/SLR, exposure norms, SEBI, IRDAI) as per compliance.Work with data sourcing teams to map, validate, and reconcile data from upstream systems.Develop data transformations and ensure accuracy of regulatory submissions.Support SIT/UAT cycles, production deployment, and audit requirements.Address regulatory changes and implement updates in Axiom configuration.Collaborate with global and Indian stakeholders to ensure end-to-end compliance and governance.Required Skills & Experience:5+ years of experience in AxiomSL ControllerView (development and support).Strong understanding of regulatory reporting frameworks, including:Global: Basel III, CRD IV, FINREP, COREP, Liquidity (LCR/NSFR).Indian: RBI reports (CRR/SLR, ALM, statutory returns), SEBI, IRDAI compliance.Strong proficiency in SQL/Oracle or other relational databases.Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data validation.Experience in Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) domain.Good communication and stakeholder management skills.Good to Have:Exposure to cloud-based Axiom solutions (RegCloud).Familiarity with automation using Python/Unix scripting.Experience with Agile methodologies.Previous experience with Indian banks or NBFC regulatory reporting.#Axiom Developer #Axiom #Developer
