Job DescriptionThe role of Creative Director for Video Production entails overseeing the development and execution of AI-generated educational videos from concept through final production.This includes ensuring each project aligns with teaching objectives and meets production standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the creation of AI-generated educational videos aligned with learning outcomes.Manage a team of artists, animators, and editors to produce high-quality education videos for university-level courses.Collaborate with subject matter experts and educators to ensure animations effectively communicate key concepts and meet learning goals.Oversee production timelines, coordinate creative workflows, and maintain organized asset libraries to ensure timely and high-quality outputs.Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and balance hands-on creative work with team leadership responsibilities.To succeed in this role, you should possess:Proven experience in video production and creative leadership.Strong understanding of AI-generated content and its applications in education.Excellent communication and project management skills.Able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work well under pressure.Familiarity with relevant software and technologies used in video production.We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters creativity and growth.
