Lead Motion & Postproduction SpecialistKey Responsibilities and SkillsOversee the end-to-end motion & post-production pipeline from storyboard to final delivery.Drive excellence across 2D/3D animation, compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, color grading, finishing.Collaborate with creative directors, producers, account teams to interpret briefs into motion-first executions.Ensure highest visual fidelity, consistency with brand guidelines across deliverables.Hands-on in motion graphics, VFX, CGI, color workflows using industry-standard tools.Direct review work of designers, compositors, editors to maintain studio's creative benchmark.Introduce new motion design techniques, animation trends, post-production workflows to enhance storytelling.Supervise pack-shot adaptation, beauty retouching, complex compositing across global campaigns.Requirements:15+ years experience in motion graphics, post-production, VFX, CGI.Deep hands-on proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema4D, Maya, Houdini, Blender.Nuke, Fusion, Flame for compositing.DaVinci Resolve for color grading, finishing.Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, lighting, camera, timing.Proven experience leading teams delivering broadcast, digital, short-form video content at scale.Strong eye for composition, detail, brand expression through motion.Achieve success as a Lead Motion & Postproduction Specialist by showcasing expertise in leading teams, driving excellence, and maintaining high visual fidelity across deliverables.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Advanced knowledge of motion graphics, post-production, VFX, CGI software and tools.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.Career BenefitsOpportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Competitive salary and benefits package.Additional InformationPlease note that only qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.
