At our creative production house, we specialize in high-quality photography and videography. We bring brands to life through storytelling, visual aesthetics, and cinematic execution.Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and creative photographer/videographer who can conceptualize, shoot, and edit compelling visual content for our clients. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, an artistic eye, and the ability to work in fast-paced production environments.ResponsibilitiesPhotography: Shoot high-quality images for fashion, jewelry, product, food, lifestyle, and e-commerce projects.Plan Lighting: Plan lighting setups and compositions for studio and outdoor shoots.Image Retouching: Retouch and edit images to deliver final output as per brand guidelines.Visual Consistency: Maintain consistency in visual style across all client projects.Videography: Shoot cinematic videos for brand films, social media content, ads, product videos, and events.Camera Operation: Operate professional cameras, gimbals, and lighting equipment.Video Editing: Edit videos with transitions, effects, sound design, and color grading.Script Execution: Support in script execution, shot planning, and storyboarding.Production Coordination: Collaborate with creative directors, stylists, models, and clients during shoots.Location Scouting: Scout locations, prepare equipment, and ensure smooth shoot operations.File Management: Manage raw files, maintain backups, and organize project folders.Project Delivery: Ensure all deliverables meet timelines and quality standards.Requirements:2-3 years of experience in photography and videography (studio or agency experience preferred).Strong knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting systems, lenses, and audio gear.Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve (added advantage).Creative mindset with attention to detail, framing, and color aesthetics.Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.Portfolio showcasing photography and video work is mandatory.Preferred Qualities:Strong aesthetic sense and eye for storytelling.Passionate about trends in fashion, luxury, and visual content.Good communication and teamwork skills.Willingness to travel for shoots when needed.
