Job Title: Inflight Product ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Inflight Product Manager to lead our team in the development of innovative cabin products.This is a pivotal role that requires strong leadership skills, product design expertise, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams. As an Inflight Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to launch, ensuring that our in-flight customer experience is enhanced significantly.Key Responsibilities:Conduct competitor analysis and industry benchmarking to identify trends and best practices.Develop and implement design strategies that meet customer expectations and operational feasibility.Collaborate with stakeholders to detail and refine aircraft configurations.Lead specific projects aimed at improving and maintaining cabin products, incorporating customer feedback and industry trends.C coordinate with relevant teams to support the smooth implementation of new cabin products.Required Skills and Qualifications:Program Management: Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.Supply Chain Management: Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.Product Design: Expertise in product design, including user experience integration.Innovative and Creative: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.Business and Financial Acumen: Understanding of business principles and financial management.Customer Centricity: Strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.In-depth Knowledge of A/C Configuration: Knowledge of aircraft configuration and design principles.Stakeholder Management Skills: Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and manage their expectations.Benefits:Operational Performance Metrics: On-time completion of projects, successful launch and implementation of new cabin products, timely completion of cabin maintenance schedules.Customer Experience Metrics: Customer satisfaction metrics related to the in-flight experience, positive feedback and improvements based on internal and external reviews.Educational and Experience Requirements:Minimum Education Requirement: Graduate in engineering, preferably aerospace engineering.Minimum Requirement: 6-8 years of experience in the aviation/aerospace industry.Desired Experience: 8+ years of experience in the aviation/aerospace industry.
