EDI Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced EDI professional to support global customer onboarding and EDI operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing EDI integrations, onboarding, and end-to-end coordination with global customers.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement EDI solutions using Oracle EBS and Oracle E-Commerce Gateway.Manage EDI workflows, including existing transactions (850/855/856/810) and additional customer requests.Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless ERP–EDI integration.Support the configuration and coordination of IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.Lead communication with trading partners and ensure smooth execution.Mandatory SkillsStrong expertise in Oracle EBS, particularly Oracle E-Commerce Gateway (Inbound/Outbound processing).Experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator – understanding of flows, configurations, tracking, and coordination.Solid understanding of EDI standards: X12, EDIFACT.Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.Good to HaveExperience with global EDI implementations (US/EU/APAC).Familiarity with transactions: 850, 855, 856, 810, etc.
