Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer to drive the development and optimization of our core AI features.This role requires deep expertise in Large Language Models, RAG systems, and Computer Vision for document and media intelligence.Design, implement, and optimize Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to deliver accurate and contextual answers.Integrate, manage, and fine tune commercial and open-source LLMs like OpenAI, Gemini, Llama, DeepSeek for use in the chat interfaces and AI powered applications.Optimize embedding strategies and manage vector databases to ensure high performance and low latency similarity search.Develop Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and document layout analysis solutions to process complex file types for RAG and embeddings.Implement Computer Vision models to process and extract intelligence from image and video files.Evaluate and make strategic decisions on when to use pre-trained models, fine-tune existing models, or build custom models from scratch to meet client requirements.Lead the custom training and fine tuning of machine learning models and pre-trained models for specific tasks.About UsWe strive to provide a supportive and challenging work environment that fosters innovation and collaboration.
