The ideal candidate is astrong storyteller and art director , with deep experience inconcept visualization, camera planning, and cinematic directionfor architectural walkthroughs. You will be responsible for guiding creative concepts from storyboard to final output — ensuring every project reflects artistic excellence, visual storytelling, and brand consistency.Key Responsibilities Creative Strategy & Concept Development Lead the creative direction for all 3D visualization and walkthrough projects. Developstoryboards, visual scripts, and camera movement plansthat align with project objectives and client vision. Collaborate with project managers, 3D artists, and animation teams to conceptualize impactful visual narratives. Drive innovation in lighting, mood, color, and cinematic storytelling for renders and videos.Art Direction & Quality Control Oversee the creative and visual quality of3D renders, walkthroughs, and animation projects . Ensure consistent design language, composition, and detailing across all projects. Guide the team on framing, shot composition, and storytelling flow. Review and approve visuals before client submission or final delivery.Team Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with creative leads, animators, and production teams to maintain timelines and creative standards. Provide mentorship and feedback to the visualization and animation team to enhance output quality. Bridge communication between creative, technical, and client-facing teams.Client & Project Interaction Participate in client meetings to understand creative expectations and present storyboards or visual directions. Translate client briefs into actionable creative strategies for the production team. Ensure all creative outputs align with the client’s brand tone and project objectives.Requirements 7–12 years of experience in3D visualization, animation, or creative direction(preferably inarchitecture, real estate, or design studios ). Proven experience as anArt Director / Creative Directorinarchitectural walkthroughs or animation-based projects . Strong understanding of3D visualization workflows , including modeling, lighting, rendering, and post-production. Expertise instoryboarding, shot design, and cinematic storytelling . Working knowledge of tools like3ds Max, V-Ray, Unreal Engine, Lumion, After Effects, or similar . Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
