Job Title: AI Model DeveloperAs a developer of generative artificial intelligence models, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing cutting-edge systems.Design and implement AI-powered solutions that generate high-quality clinically relevant texts while pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven products that reshape healthcare industries and user experiences.Develop hands-on experience in contemporary AI, such as training generative AI models, improving upon pre-trained models, evaluating these models, and feedback loop.SPECIALIZED expertise in model fine-tuning, RLHF, RAG, LLM tool use, etc.Experience with LLM prompt engineering and familiarity with LLM-based workflows/architectures.Your Responsibilities:Develop new LLMs for medical imaging tasks.Implement methods that improve training efficiency and extend or improve LLM capabilities, reliability, and safety in image-to-text generation using medical data.Perform data preprocessing, indexing, and feature engineering specific to healthcare image and text data.Stay up-to-date with research literature and think beyond the state of the art to address user needs.Key Skills:Proficiency in Python, PySpark, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Transformer, and cloud platforms like GCP or Vertex AI.This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to groundbreaking projects.
