Climate Smart Dairy Program OfficerJob Description: The Climate Smart Dairy Program is a multi-disciplinary science and research initiative in India, focused on enhancing scientific and technical collaboration and research. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support the program's goals and objectives.Responsibilities:Cross-functional collaboration: Support multi-disciplinary research and implementation projects across livestock and dairy in India, enhancing technical, scientific and operational capacity.Liaison role: Act as a liaison between our organization and partners, ensuring alignment on science and research priorities.Knowledge exchange: Support and contribute to knowledge exchange between India-based and international teams.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in veterinary sciences and animal husbandry (BVSc & AH) and at least 7 years of related experience, or a master's degree in animal nutrition and at least 5 years of related experience.Experience: Minimum 7 years' relevant work experience.Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to navigate relationships in a cross-cultural context, fluency in English, and knowledge of Marathi language.Benefits:Employment type: Full-time employment.Travel: The role will involve travel up to 50%.Term hire: 2-year term.Why join us?We are a passionate team committed to driving social impact through meaningful, well-executed projects.
