AI Model Developer Job DescriptionIn this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge AI models.Your expertise will contribute to creating innovative solutions that generate high-quality clinically relevant texts while pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation.This position requires a deep understanding of machine learning, neural networks, and generative modeling techniques.Have hands-on experience in contemporary AI, such as training generative AI models like LLMs and image-to-text models, improving upon pre-trained models, evaluating these models, and feedback loops.Have specialized knowledge in model fine-tuning, RLHF, RAG, LLM tool use, etc.Be proficient in Python, PySpark, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Transformer, and cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Vertex AI.Collaborate with software engineers to integrate generative models into production systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.Have effective data visualization skills and a keen eye for detail in the visual communication of findings.You will be responsible for:Developing new LLMs for medical imaging.Improving training efficiency and extending or improving LLM capabilities, reliability, and safety in image-to-text generation using medical data.Performing data preprocessing, indexing, and feature engineering specific to healthcare image and text data.Staying up-to-date with the research literature and thinking beyond the state of the art to address user needs.Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Science or Data Science.
