We are looking for someone who is local to Bengaluru & can join us immediatelyRole SummaryWe are seeking a Lead GenAI Engineer with strong Data Science foundations & 6+ years experience.This role demands deep hands-on expertise in designing and deploying Generative AI and Agentic AI systems, with the ability to manage end-to-end development and interact confidently with clients. The ideal candidate excels in blending technical execution with business communication and delivery ownership.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end design and development of Generative and Agent-based AI solutions using LLMs, agent frameworks, and RAG pipelines.Apply prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and optimization for performance and relevance.Build agentic systems capable of goal-driven, autonomous task execution.Integrate AI models with production environments using APIs, cloud services, and vector databases.Stay abreast of GenAI trends, tools, and techniques and apply them innovatively in real[1]world scenarios.Required Qualifications:-6+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI applications.Strong Data Science background with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields.Demonstrated expertise in GenAI tools such as LangChain, AutoGen, OpenAI APIs, and other LLM ecosystems.Proficiency in Python, prompt engineering, and API integration.Hands-on experience in deploying and scaling AI models on cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)Proven ability to manage technical delivery while engaging directly with business stakeholders and clients
