Our system brings together Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Production (ETO/MTO/MTS), HR, Service, Quality, Finance, and more into one unified real-time platform.We work closely with real manufacturing companies — fabrication, machining, distillery, engineering, automation, electrical, sheet-metal, and assembly units — to build workflows that match ground-level Indian industry requirements, not generic software.Our vision is simple:Build India's most advanced, modern, and affordable manufacturing ERP — designed for speed, clarity, automation, and real factory operations.With 100+ active users and a rapidly expanding customer base, we're scaling fast and looking for passionate people who want to grow with us.Location: Goa (Hybrid)Experience: Fresher / Early-career applicants welcomeWhat You Will DoYou will be involved in end-to-end validation of our ERP system across Web, Mobile, and Desktop apps.You will:Execute functional, UI, regression, and workflow testingUnderstand end-to-end business flows across Sales, Purchase, Production, Inventory, HRAnalyse backend logs, API responses, and UI behaviourReproduce issues and document them with precisionWork closely with developers to test and validate bug fixesTest integrations with Tally, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, mobile apps, desktop (Electron)Learn how to implement small bug fixes in React/Node/MongoHelp in release QA before deploying to 100+ live customersSkills You Should Have (Even at a Basic Level)Technical SkillsStrong understanding of JavaScript fundamentalsCuriosity to learn React, Node.js, MongoDBBasic knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and PostmanComfort with inspecting browser console, network logsAbility to understand API request/response cyclesFamiliarity with Git is a bonusQA / Testing Skills (Important)Writing clean, structured test casesUnderstanding of functional testing, UI testing, and regression testingAbility to think through edge casesStrong debugging mindsetAbility to reproduce issues accuratelyBasic understanding of SDLC & bug lifecycleExposure to tools like Postman, Jira, Notion, Excel is a plusSoft SkillsHigh attention to detailStrong logical/reasoning abilityClear communicationWillingness to learn new technologiesPatience + problem-solving mindset Why This Role Is SpecialYou will learn full-stack engineering hands-onYou will directly understand how real-world manufacturing ERPs workYou will be mentored personally by the CEO/CTOYou will be part of a fast-moving SaaS startup with high growthYour testing will directly impact live customers across IndiaYou get exposure to Web, Mobile, Desktop, and third-party integrations
