AI Ethicist

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled professional to play a pivotal role in ensuring the ethical development and deployment of AI models across our enterprise. This role involves evaluating, auditing, and guaranteeing the responsible use of AI systems in multi-cloud environments.The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with knowledge of ethical frameworks, regulatory requirements, and responsible AI principles.This position spans traditional machine learning models, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI systems, focusing on fairness, transparency, privacy, security, and accountability.Required Skills and Qualifications5+ years of experience in AI/ML evaluation, testing, or assurance roles.Proven experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA) and generative AI (e.g., DALL·E, Midjourney).Strong knowledge of fairness, bias detection, differential privacy, red-teaming, model transparency techniques.Familiarity with AI regulation and governance (EU AI Act, FTC guidance, etc.).Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying/evaluating AI services in distributed architectures.Proficiency in Python and libraries such as scikit-learn, Transformers, LangChain, MLflow, PyTorch, etc.BenefitsYou will have the opportunity to work at the forefront of AI ethics, safety, and trust.
