Solar Energy Sales SpecialistAt our organization, we're dedicated to making homes switch to rooftop solar and move away from traditional coal electricity.As a leading residential solar brand in India, we strive for quality, customer service, and innovation to make it simple for homes to switch to solar.Solar Consultant – Field Sales Role OverviewConvert qualified leads into happy solar customers through direct interaction, educating them about solar solutions, conducting site assessments, and closing deals.Built long-term relationships with homeowners to establish trust and credibility.Key Responsibilities:Lead Conversion & Customer Interaction: Visit customer homes, conduct consultations based on qualified leads, educate customers on solar energy, benefits, and ROI calculations.Site Assessments: Conduct physical site surveys to assess roof condition, area availability, and other technical feasibility aspects.Sales Closure: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize sales.Cross-functional Coordination: Work with design, installation, and customer experience teams for seamless post-sale execution.Requirements:Graduate (any discipline) or Technical background (Diploma/BE in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil).1–5 years in B2C field sales, real estate, insurance, fintech, or telecom sales.Strong communication and persuasion skills, ability to explain technical concepts simply, customer-centric approach, and proficiency in CRM apps and Google Sheets/Excel.
