The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving project governance, portfolio management, and strategic reporting.Key Responsibilities:Some of the key responsibilities include:Driving project governance frameworks to ensure compliance across all projects and programs.Leading the development of portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports using advanced Excel skills.Identifying trends and data analysis to support strategic decision-making and resource optimization.Managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking for projects and programs.Facilitating executive governance meetings to present insights and recommendations.Mentoring and coaching PMO analysts and project coordinators.Collaborating with delivery teams to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.Qualifications and Skills:The ideal candidate should possess:A minimum of 5 years of experience in PMO, program management, or portfolio governance roles.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros/VBA, complex modeling, and automation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.A solid understanding of project management methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid, and tools like MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.Experience in financial management for projects, including budgeting, cost tracking, and variance analysis.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is preferred.About Us:We are seeking a highly skilled professional who can drive project governance, portfolio management, and strategic reporting.
