We are seeking a seasoned Branding Strategist to lead our rebranding efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in brand strategy, visual identity, and digital transformation.This role requires a strong understanding of tribal culture and experience working on culturally sensitive projects. Additionally, expertise in UX/UI, CRM, and SEO best practices is essential.The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the overall rebranding direction, ensuring cultural authenticity and modern design principles are reflected in our new brand. They will also oversee the development of visual identity elements, including logo, color palette, typography, and design elements inspired by Cahuilla heritage.Key responsibilities include:Developing a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our US clients' needs and Tribal MissionOversight of visual identity development, including logo, color palette, and typographyGuiding the creation of digital brand experiences, including website UX/UI and storytellingLeading the development of brand architecture, including master brand and sub-brandsDefining performance metrics and governance tools for long-term brand successRequired qualifications include:6-8 years of experience in branding, marketing, or communications consultingExperience working on tribal, public sector, or culturally sensitive projectsA strong portfolio showcasing rebranding, visual identity, and digital transformation workExcellent communication and facilitation skillsFamiliarity with brand strategy tools, UX/UI, CRM, and SEO best practices
