Cybersecurity Career StarterWe're looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Cybersecurity Trainee & Intern. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Information Security, specializing in Penetration Testing and Application Security.This 12-month program is structured into two phases: Complementary Training Period and Internship Period. During the training period, you'll receive comprehensive guidance and practical exposure to core practices of penetration testing, application security, and information security. You'll have the option to extend your training for another 6 months if needed.Here are the minimum skills required for training:Familiarity with Burp Suite for application security testing.Basic knowledge of other tools like Nmap, OWASP ZAP, and Metasploit.Understanding of the OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities.Basic knowledge of technologies like HTTP protocols, SQL injection, XSS, and secure coding practices.A fundamental understanding of penetration testing processes and methodologies.During the internship period, you'll work on real-world projects, conduct security assessments, perform vulnerability analyses, and develop reports on security findings. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects that enhance the security posture of organizations worldwide.The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of web technologies, common web frameworks, and at least one programming language. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.We offer flexible hours to accommodate your academic commitments, making it an ideal opportunity for students or recent graduates.
