About UsWe are building a new generation of Physical AI Agents to automate infection prevention and operational intelligence in hospitals and controlled environments.Our flagship wall-mounted UV-C disinfection system leverages AI, robotics, and multi-modal sensing to keep healthcare environments safe and efficient.We partner with leading health systems across the U.S., including Stanford, Sutter, Kaiser, Tenet, Prisma Health, and Baptist Health.Job Title: IT EngineerThe IT Engineer will support our distributed team and ensure secure, reliable IT operations across systems, networks, and devices.Main Responsibilities:Manage IT Infrastructure: Support employees with hardware/software needs, and maintain secure access to company systems.Provide Remote Support: Assist employees with hardware, software, and connectivity issues.Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage onboarding processes, including provisioning laptops, accounts, and tools.Maintain Documentation: Document IT support procedures for future reference.Systems Administration: Manage user accounts and permissions across tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Jira, Zoom, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).Network & Security Management: Implement IT security best practices to protect sensitive data.Process Improvement & Global Collaboration: Suggest and implement improvements in IT processes and workflows.
