Job DescriptionThe role of a Generative AI Engineer involves creating and implementing sophisticated artificial intelligence models and algorithms. This professional will work collaboratively with the team to ensure timely project completion.Developing, prototyping, and deploying generative AI models (LLMs, Transformers, Diffusion models) for enterprise use cases.Bolstering LLM-based applications (chatbots, summarization, document Q&A, report generation, code assistants, etc.).Applying prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and context-aware pipelines to guarantee accuracy and relevance.Integrating AI models with enterprise systems, APIs, and data stores using Python, Java, or Node.js backends.Key Responsibilities:Implementing AI/ML pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment (using tools such as MLflow, Vertex AI, or Azure ML).Maintaining model evaluation, drift monitoring, and continuous improvement processes.Optimizing inference performance and cost (e.g., model compression, quantization, API optimization).Ensuring compliance with AI ethics, security, and governance standards.Preliminary preparation and curation of training datasets (structured/unstructured text, images, code).Application of data preprocessing, tokenization, and embedding generation techniques.Collaboration with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma) for semantic retrieval use cases.Strategic partnership with business stakeholders to identify and shape AI-driven solutions.Contribution to the creation of a comprehensive AI adoption roadmap and reusable AI Workbench / platform components.Support for proof-of-concepts, pilots, and full-scale implementations with agile delivery methodologies.Documentation and presentation of solution designs, technical findings, and results to leadership and clients.
