The role involves interacting directly with customers, providing excellent service, and maintaining high standards of communication and accuracy.Key Responsibilities :Handle inbound/outbound member calls efficiently and professionally.Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.Maintain data accuracy and documentation as per compliance guidelines.Ensure adherence to service quality and productivity standards.Exhibit strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.Desired Candidate Profile:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Typing speed: Minimum 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.SVAR Score: Minimum 60.Preferably from an English Medium education background.Strong English comprehension, analytical, and multitasking skills.Basic computer proficiency and good business writing skills.Customer-service-oriented attitude with strong soft skills.Should not be enrolled in any full-time course.Must be comfortable working from office and in night shiftsEligibility CriteriaQualification: Graduate / HSC Fresher with excellent communication skills.Candidates with B.Ed, D.El.Ed, MBA, BA LLB, or other niche qualifications not eligible.BPO experience with complete documentation is an advantage.Full-time students and out-of-boundary candidates are not eligible.Must possess original Aadhar & PAN cards.Self-travelling candidates outside the transport boundary not eligible.
