US Technical Recruiter | US Staffing | Onsite – Noida (Night Shift)CBL SolutionsWe’re hiring a Recruiter with 1–4 years of US staffing experience, preferably from a Non- IT, Legal and Aero. If you’ve worked with direct clients or MSPs and are passionate about connecting top talent with leading US firms. Key Responsibilities:Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for non-IT legal and compliance-related roles — sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and placement.Collaborate with direct clients or top MSPs to understand job requirements and deliver the best talent.Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and referrals.Schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, and manage client–candidate communication.Negotiate compensation and assist in the onboarding process.Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare recruitment reports. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably working experience with Direct Clients.1–4 years of US recruitment experience.Experience working with direct clients or MSPs.Strong understanding of US hiring models.Extensive experience working with W2 and Full Time Hiring Candidates.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office, job boards, and ATS tools.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Work Details:Work Hours: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM ISTLocation: Onsite – Sector 62, Noida
