Job Title: Principal Consultant or Director ConsultingExperience required: 15+ Years Location: NoidaRoles & Responsibilities:Requirements management and discussion with clients and Understand Client ObjectivesElicit customer requirements using different tools like interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis and workflow analysis.Translate customer requirements and business needs into application and operational requirements Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers, analyze functional requirements, and deliver Business Requirements Document including process flows, wireframes etc.Be the liaison between the business units, and technology teams.Collaborate with development team and subject matter experts - Successfully engage in multiple engagements simultaneouslyManage and drive the consulting team of 5-10 peopleDefine the process and tool/technologies for Consulting teamUnderstand the latest technologies, benefits of implementing the same for better speed and quality.Continuously work on the improvements and innovative ways of execution and engaging the customersWork independently with minimal or no supervision - Engineering/Business Analysis experience with a successful track successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously Conduct Training or Demo for Clients / System Users Ready for Travel (Short Term and Long Term)Skills Required: Strong analytical skills requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience evaluating technology/product optionsExperience with BPMN Tool, MS Visio, Axure, Proto.io, Draw.io, JIRA etc.Proficiency in office tools (e.g. MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Strong experience with stakeholders' managementEngineering/Consulting experience with a successful track recordData/PIM/MDM basics (good to have)Type of candidate needed: Candidates having the following experience will be suitable:Development side + Business analyst/Presales ORPresales or Business Analyst Experience with Engineering (BE/B Tech.) Background ORQA with Technical Background + Business Analyst or Presales ExperienceCandidates from point#1 will be the ideal candidates.Preferred technology Stack is Open Source, but other technical background candidates will be fine if willing to work in Open Source technology stack Experience with Overseas clients is a must (preferred US and European Clients)Onsite exposure would be added advantage
