Job Title: RPA Project ManagerRole and Responsibilities:In this position, you will facilitate the delivery of robotic process automation (RPA) projects through various phases. Your responsibilities will include project management, resource planning, stakeholder management, and communication planning.Key Activities:Act as principal point-of-contact for clients and their teams.Lead several concurrent projects involving consultants, developers, and clients.Establish the project management plan, track milestones, and coordinate meetings with client stakeholders in alignment with the delivery operating model.Understand business and technical requirements to effectively coordinate/document process definition, solution design, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities with client stakeholders.Facilitate resource planning activities, including assignment, onboarding, equipment provisioning, and user access to target applications.Coordinate the development, review, and submission of RPA milestone deliverables.Mitigate risks identified by the delivery manager to prevent development, testing, or deployment roadblocks.Provide regular weekly status updates, including risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, defects, and change requests logs to clients and program managers.Identify, catalogue, and archive reusable code assets and coordinate knowledge-sharing sessions between internal teams.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree focused on information technology or information management, or equivalent education and experience.Minimum 2 years of project management experience.Excellent planning, problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.Understanding of IT delivery methodologies (ITIL, Agile, Lean, etc).Prior experience in leading similar projects in robotics process automation (e.g., Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere).Leadership skills to inspire coworkers to achieve goals and pursue excellence.Understanding of value drivers, including the ability to size and prioritize large-scale initiatives across businesses and functions.Bonus points for prior work with OCR technologies (e.g., ABBYY, IBM Datacap).Desired Candidate Characteristics:Self-motivated and able to take initiative with minimal supervision.Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.Highly motivated, organized, and methodical, but able to handle change in stride.Analytical and proven problem-solving skills.High emotional IQ.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Demonstrated willingness to dive into details to guide projects to completion.Team-oriented rather than individual contributor.Insatiable work ethic.Compensation and Start Dates:Immediate start available.Competitive salary based on level and experience.Benefits include healthcare, relocation, vacation, and holidays.
