Currently operating in 10 countries.As a 360-degree talent management company, we do the following:• Generate demand for Indian talent from international employers;• Mobilisation and sourcing – to the exact job specs provided by the employer;• Screenings and interviews – including language and soft skills filters;• All paperwork for work permits and visas;• Any trainings and up-skilling required by the employer;• Pre-departure culture training;• Support to the employer and candidate in the destination country.We are seeking Business Associate for our CEO office – to support the Founders and CEO in detailing and executing on key strategic and high impact priorities for the company.As our Business Associate (CEO’s Office), you will be:• Closely working with the Founders and CEO of Magic Billion• Collaborate with strategic team members across key departments in sales, marketing, training, operations etc.• Research & Analysis of high-priority projects surrounding corporate strategy & development.• Synthesize & share compelling recommendations from your research & analysis.• Support & facilitate CEO’s communications & presentations – client presentations, potential investors etc.• Optimise Office of CEO’s priorities by managing CEO’s time, making capacity-balancing decisions, and improve processes.• Ensure strategy meetings are organized & conducted effectively.• Responsible for documenting & hold stakeholders accountable on strategic decisions.Essential Skills• Maximum of 2-3 years of experience;• MBA from a Top Institution• Written and verbal communication skills, including power point presentations;• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, to understand complex situations and propose practical solutions;• Predisposition to team working;• Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables to meet deadlines; goal-oriented;• Strategic minded, strong interpersonal and organizational skills;• Ability to work with a remote CEO (based in London) – position is based out of Noida, India.What we offer• Competitive salary, incentives and perks• Work with Founders directly and high potential to learn and grow
