Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled FreshService Administrator to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating workflow automation in FreshService, integrating various services such as Workday, and collaborating with DevOps on API calls. This role requires a technician with a strong background in IT service management beyond basic ticketing, and a solid understanding of ITIL and Asset Management principles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement workflow automation within FreshService.
- Administer and manage FreshService, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
- Integrate FreshService with other platforms, including Workday.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to create and manage API calls.
- Maintain and enhance IT service management processes in alignment with ITIL standards.
- Manage IT assets and ensure accurate tracking and documentation.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on FreshService and related integrations.
- Continuously improve service delivery by identifying and implementing process improvements.
Must Haves
- Proven experience in creating workflow automation in FreshService.
- Strong understanding of ITIL and IT service management principles.
- Experience with asset management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with DevOps teams on API integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, including Azure within the first year.
