Job OverviewSenior Business Intelligence Manager Role Summary:This highly strategic position will oversee the development and execution of our business intelligence strategy, leveraging data to drive informed decision-making across the organization.Lead the direction and execution of business intelligence initiatives to inform high-level decisions.Oversee data analysis activities, including data mining, trend analysis, and predictive modeling to extract actionable insights.Data Analysis Expertise:Develop comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that provide stakeholders with timely, relevant, and accurate information.Establish and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.Leadership Responsibilities:Manage a team of business intelligence professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Supervise data mapping, data reconciliation, and data conversion efforts.Key Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.10-15 years' experience in MIS with Data Leadership driving business value through data analytics.Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Amazon Quicksight, Power BI, or similar platforms.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of data governance best practices, data quality management, and compliance with data privacy regulations.We are seeking an exceptional leader who can leverage their expertise in business intelligence to drive organizational success.
