As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend applications that cater to customers worldwide.With a focus on scalability and reliability, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet the highest standards. You will leverage your expertise in Python and MySQL to build and optimize backend systems hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS).Key Responsibilities: Design and develop high-quality backend applications that meet customer needs.Collaborate with frontend, backend, testing, and application design teams to deliver seamless integration.Build and maintain Python/MySQL backends hosted on AWS, focusing on scalability and performance.Enhance, maintain, and troubleshoot existing software applications to ensure reliability and efficiency.Write clean, modular, and testable code that adheres to best practices.Identify, analyze, and resolve programming bugs and performance bottlenecks.Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing across the team.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth.What We're Looking For: Strong foundation in computer science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).At least 5 years of experience in backend development, particularly with web and mobile applications.Proven expertise in Python and MySQL, with a focus on building scalable applications.Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including security and compliance.Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control, and CI/CD practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a passion for continuous learning.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and adaptability.Understanding of machine learning fundamentals and building APIs/services to serve ML models.Our Technology Stack: Single-page web app running on both PC and mobile devices.Python/MySQL backend hosted on Amazon Web Services.Global reach with customers and markets in North America, South America, Asia, Europe, and Africa.
