Exploring the role:


We are seeking an experienced Product Design professional with about 7 -10 years of experience in B2B SaaS space. The incumbent will be responsible for creating Design Systems, User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design of our various products and work with PMG, Engineering and QA teams along with managing a small team to deliver high quality products.


How your day will look like/Job responsibility:

  • Work with PMG, Engineering and QA teams to deliver high quality products
  • Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets. Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and and attractive user interfaces.
  • Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups.
  • Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
  • Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
  • Designing UI elements and tools such as input controls, informational components, navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
  • Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
  • Create storyboards to conceptualize designs and accurately communicate project plans.
  • Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
  • Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design


Education & Work Experience:

  • 7 - 10 years of UX and design experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design or a related field.


Knowledge:

  • Understands the design process – understanding problems, understanding the persona, taskflows, Information architecture, wireframes and visual design.
  • Should be aware of latest design trends
  • Solid portfolio (no for logo designs, marketing newsletter)


Skills:

  • Should have good project management skills as well – like working in agile (epics, stories etc).
  • Should have work in agile process.
  • Should be quick at delivering good UX and design projects.
  • Should have worked with cross functional teams – PMG, engineering, QA


Attitude:

  • Problem-solving ability is the capacity to tackle complex or challenging situations.
  • Effective in working independently and collaboratively in teams.
  • Actively seeking out opportunities to learn, grow, and adapt to changing environments and technologies.
  • Should have good communication skills
