Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to manage and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning and Development: Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies that align with business objectives, oversee vendor relationships, and handle budget management.Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and maintain network, server, and data center systems, ensuring seamless integration with on-premises solutions.Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, promote continuous learning and professional development, and set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.Security and Compliance: Enforce IT security policies to safeguard infrastructure, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and manage incident response and resolution for infrastructure-related issues.Operational Efficiency: Monitor IT systems proactively to identify and resolve issues, implement IT service management practices (e.g., ITIL) for high service reliability, and manage infrastructure changes with minimal disruption.Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their relevance, identify and implement process improvements to enhance service quality and reduce costs.Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between IT and other departments to align infrastructure projects with business needs, collaborate with development, operations, and security teams for seamless IT operations.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong leadership and communication skillsFamiliarity with IT service management practices (e.g., ITIL)Experience with network, server, and data center design and maintenanceAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesCompetitive salary and benefits packageWe are an equal opportunities employer
