Our team of engineers designs dependable, self-improving systems that empower subject matter experts to automate their most complex tasks.Main Responsibilities:Build Intelligent Products: Develop products that leverage the capabilities of large language models and recent advancements in foundation models.High-Performance Search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation: Design and optimize data indexing, ranking, and query processing systems for high-performance search and RAG.Evaluation Framework Development: Create robust frameworks to assess the performance of our agents, RAG systems, and various LLMs.Qualifications:1-3 years of experience in software engineering or end-to-end data science, with strong proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.A solid background in either distributed AI agents, data systems, or machine learning engineering.Experience with modern Python microservices, FastAPI, Ray.IO, Kubernetes orchestration, and Google Cloud Pub/Sub event streaming.Familiarity with AI agent stack technologies such as LlamaIndex, LangGraph, SmolAgent, Instructor, Anthropic, OpenAI, Qdrant, ParadeDB, Sentence-Transformers, and FAISS.Demonstrated experience in building agents, training and evaluating emerging LLMs, building RAG systems, or working with vector databases.Familiarity with core technologies like Ray, Postgres, Iceberg, Google Cloud, and Docker/Kubernetes/Helm is a plus.
