About the jobAbout SukoonSukoon Health is building India's first specialized chain of hospitals to cater to acute and severe mental health conditions.We plan to set up 1000 beds across 40 units for adult, acute inpatient care across India. Additionally, we have aspirations to expand into specialized segments of de-addiction, child development disabilities, dementia care, etc.About the roleSukoon is seeking an Clinical Psychologist who will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive therapeutic services to patients struggling with mental health challenges. The ideal candidate for this role:Feels comfortable working with cross functional teamsWill be to assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventionsWill directly contribute to the recovery and rehabilitation of patientsResponsibilities:Conduct OPD sessions dailyKeep residents engaged through activitiesMaintain the highest standards of clinical careMaintain a patient-first approachConducting psychological assessmentsExecute clinical program as directed by Center Head and Medical DirectorSuggest and recommend strategies for the betterment of the organizationCollaborate with other departments when neededQualifications:Current and valid board certificationM.Phil. (Clinical Psychology) from an accredited universityHospital experience requiredFamiliarity with current DSM criteriaStrong working knowledge of general psychological principles and practicesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills
