Key Role: OIC Integration SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced professional to design, develop and deploy integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOAP/REST APIs, and ICS adapters.This role involves implementing and supporting integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and on-premises systems (EBS HRMS).The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing custom workflows, orchestration flows, and mappings within OIC.They will work with functional teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical designs.The successful candidate will perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of integrations.Responsibilities also include supporting migration, deployment, and post-go-live integration monitoring.The specialist will create and maintain technical documentation and integration design specifications.Collaboration with cross-functional teams is required to ensure seamless data flow between systems.Oracle HCM Cloud modules include Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Recruiting, etc. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with third-party or legacy systems.Required Skills:Solid understanding of integration patterns, REST/SOAP web services, XML, XSD, XSLT, JSON, and FTP/SFTP protocols.Familiarity with OIC components like Integrations, Process, and Visual Builder.Experience in data mapping and transformation between cloud and on-prem systems is essential.Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL, JavaScript, and Groovy scripting is preferred.We offer a collaborative work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a competitive compensation package.
