Our mission is to push the boundaries of artificial intelligence and turn it into a powerful tool for professionals.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our team and help us develop innovative AI products that can automate complex tasks and improve productivity.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Development: Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered products that utilize large language models and other cutting-edge technologies.Search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): Build and optimize high-performance search and RAG systems that enable fast and accurate information retrieval.Evaluation Frameworks: Create robust evaluation frameworks to assess the performance of our agents, RAG systems, and large language models.Requirements1-3 years of experience in software engineering or end-to-end data science with strong proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.Strong background in distributed AI agents, data systems, or machine learning engineering.Experience with modern Python microservices, FastAPI, Ray.IO, Kubernetes orchestration, gRPC inter-service communication, and Google Cloud Pub/Sub event streaming.Knowledge of popular AI agent stacks, vector databases, and real-time data processing tools.Recent experience in building agents, training and evaluating large language models, building RAG systems, or working with vector databases.Familiarity with our core technologies is a plus: Ray, Postgres, Iceberg, Google Cloud, and Docker/Kubernetes/Helm.Our CultureWe are a rapidly growing startup with a high-performance engineering culture that emphasizes personal accountability, autonomy, learning, and growth.
