You'll get to work with other engineers to build delightful feature experiences to understand and solve our customer's pain points.A Day in the Life- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using Python, FastAPI, Django, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, and other relevant technologies.- Collaborate closely with product managers, other engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software products.- Develop efficient and optimized APIs and microservices to support various frontend applications and external integrations.- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.What You Need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).- 1-3 years of professional experience in backend development, with a focus on Python, FastAPI, Django, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, and other relevant backend technologies.- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning SLMs, Frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or Autogen (at least one is a must), Vector DBs.- Strong understanding of database concepts and experience with database systems such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis.- Experience with message queues, caching mechanisms, and other backend optimization techniques.- Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and experience in building and integrating APIs.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver high-quality software solutions within deadlines.We offer competitive benefits to set you up for success in and outside of work.Here's What We Offer- Generous Leave: Benefits: Enjoy generous leave benefits of up to 40 days.- Parental Leave: Experience one of the industry's best parental leave policies to spend time with your new addition.- Sabbatical Leave Policy: Want to focus on skill development, pursue an academic career, or just take a break?
