Financial Operations ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to oversee our financial operations remotely from India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property accounting, be a qualified CA/CPA, and bring at least 5 years of relevant experience to the table.Key Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of property accounting, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP.Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for all properties.Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis and projections.Monitor cash flow, manage liquidity, and ensure funds availability for operations and investments.Oversee treasury functions including banking relationships, loan compliance, and interest rate risk management.Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, including federal, state, and local tax laws.Lead internal audit process and ensure integrity of financial reporting system.Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard company assets.Lead and mentor remote finance team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.Foster collaborative working environment and promote cross-functional teamwork.Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel as necessary.Present financial reports and insights to stakeholders, including board of directors, investors, and lenders.Oversee implementation and maintenance of financial systems and software.Leverage technology to streamline financial operations and reporting.
