Job Description: The RCC Material and Quality Assurance Expert will ensure that all materials used in the RCC dam construction meet the highest quality standards. This role involves rigorous testing, inspection, and documentation to maintain quality throughout the project lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance and control procedures for the RCC dam project.
  • Material Testing: Conduct regular inspections and tests on construction materials to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all quality assurance activities, including test results, inspections, and any corrective actions taken.
  • Coordination: Work closely with suppliers and contractors to ensure material quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Training: Provide training and guidance to the construction team on quality standards and procedures.
  • Reporting: Document and report on quality assurance activities, identifying any issues and recommending corrective actions to maintain high standards.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and material testing for RCC dam projects of minimum height of 139 Mtrs.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and documentation capabilities.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of quality assurance standards and material testing procedures, ISO Guidelines
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
