Automation Test EngineerOur team is looking for a skilled Automation Test Engineer to join our ranks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual and automation testing, with experience in Selenium WebDriver and Java.The successful applicant will be responsible for designing and executing manual test cases, automating test cases using Selenium (Java), maintaining automation suites using TestNG/JUnit, performing functional, regression, smoke testing, executing API testing using Rest Assured/Postman, logging and tracking defects using JIRA, performing database testing using SQL queries, participating in Agile ceremonies and sprint activities, maintaining code using GitHub and running builds via Jenkins, collaborating with developers for defect resolution.Key Responsibilities:Design and execute manual test casesAutomate test cases using Selenium (Java)Maintain automation suites using TestNG/JUnitPerform functional, regression, smoke testingExecute API testing using Rest Assured/PostmanLog and track defects using JIRAPerform database testing using SQL queriesParticipate in Agile ceremonies and sprint activitiesMaintain code using GitHub and run builds via JenkinsCollaborate with developers for defect resolutionRequired Skills:Strong hands-on experience in Manual & Automation TestingExperience with Selenium WebDriver (Java)Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect life cycleExperience converting manual test cases into automation scriptsHands-on experience with Page Object Model (POM) frameworkExposure to API testing (Rest Assured/Postman)Experience working in Agile/Scrum projects4–6 years of experience in Manual & Automation TestingStrong experience in Selenium WebDriver with JavaKnowledge of POM, TestNG, JUnitHands-on experience in API testingWorking knowledge of SQLExperience with JIRA, GitHub, JenkinsStrong analytical and debugging skillsGood English communication skills If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for software testing, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
