Job Title: Automation Salesforce Test Lead - Marketing/Sales CloudThe Role Overview section is where you will find the summary of this job position. The Salesforce Test Lead will oversee all testing activities across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud initiatives.Develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and detailed test cases aligned to business and functional requirements.Define test scope, identify risks, and ensure overall alignment with project timelines and delivery milestones.Lead and manage all testing phases including functional, integration, regression, system, and performance testing for Salesforce applications.Key Responsibilities:Validate Marketing Cloud journeys, campaigns, automations, segmentation logic, personalization rules, and Sales Cloud processes.Manage the entire defect lifecycle—logging, prioritizing, triaging, retesting, and ensuring timely closure.Design and implement automation frameworks to enhance regression and repetitive testing using Selenium, Playwright or similar tools.Improve automation coverage, optimize processes, and ensure repeatability across releases.Required Skills & Experience:8–10 years of QA experience, with at least 3+ years in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud testing.Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, workflows, integrations, APIs, and SOQL/SOSL.Hands-on experience validating campaigns, customer journeys, automations, lead/opportunity lifecycle, and Salesforce workflows.Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright.Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and sprint-based QA delivery.Benefits:Proven experience handling end-to-end QA ownership in complex Salesforce programs.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.Good to Have: Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Sales Cloud Consultant).Others:A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field is preferred.Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps, and automated execution pipelines is good to have.Prior experience with performance or API testing for Salesforce components is beneficial.
