We are seeking a highly skilled leader to drive our partnership with Microsoft.Key Responsibilities:Oversight of the partner program's orchestration and management in relation to its strategic alliance with Microsoft.Global leadership for administration of the Microsoft Partner Center.Management of access rights, customer relationships, and commercial marketplace solution listings.Tracking and referral submissions in collaboration with sales leadership.Claim submissions in partnership with marketing.Incentives and earnings tracking in collaboration with finance.Azure revenue monitoring and recognition stewardship.Issue resolution, access requests, and ad-hoc queries from the global business.Serving as a trusted advisor to management on Partner Center benefits.Coordination of Microsoft Advanced Specialization processes with the PMO.Market-facing integration: Collaboration with marketing and sales on lead performance, funnel progression, and conversion rates.Reporting and analytics enablement: Partnership with reporting/analytics functions to design and maintain executive-ready dashboards.Program knowledge ownership: Monitoring and interpreting program changes.Enablement and upskilling: Leadership on certifications versus designations.Analysis and business insights: Analyzing trends, top deals, and pipeline velocity.Process excellence: Driving continuous process improvement and automation across Partner Center operations.Requirements:Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.Strong understanding of Microsoft Partner Center capabilities.Experience with commercial marketplace solution management.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Benefits:Opportunity to work with a global organization.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Professional development and growth opportunities.Others:Drive business outcomes through data-driven decision making.Develop and implement process improvements.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
