About the Sustainability RoleThe Sustainability Manager will be responsible for driving our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives and strengthening our commitment to sustainability across all markets.Develop and execute a comprehensive sustainability strategy across all business units in India and globally.Lead initiatives related to operational efficiency, carbon footprint reduction, responsible procurement, and waste minimization.Oversee ESG reporting, including sustainability disclosures, materiality assessments, and alignment with global standards such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD.Provide subject-matter expertise for sustainability-focused training programs and certifications.Collaborate with academic partners, faculty experts, and industry bodies to integrate sustainability best practices into course design.Monitor evolving sustainability regulations, emerging trends, and industry benchmarks to guide strategic decisions.Manage internal sustainability awareness and culture-building initiatives.Build partnerships with sustainability organizations, regulatory authorities, and professional associations.Track key sustainability metrics, prepare leadership reports, and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:The Sustainability Manager will be accountable for developing and executing a comprehensive sustainability strategy that drives measurable impact across all business units in India and globally. The role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sustainability principles, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results.Requirements:To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sustainability, combined with excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
