We’re on the hunt for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can supercharge our app growth, and lead generation. Join our ambitious, fast-growing team and be part of a company that’s reshaping the future of wealth creation in India.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.Drive lead generation and app installs.Monitor and analyze campaign data to maximize ROI and minimize CPL.Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new opportunities.Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and apply best practices to ongoing campaigns.Skills & Experience Required 3–5 years of proven experience in performance marketing or digital campaign management.Strong experience in SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Email Marketing and marketing automation tools.Ability to create and optimize content for digital platforms.Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.Experience in financial services or fintech will be a plus.Employment DetailsType: Full-time, In-officeLocation: Vyttila, KochiCTC: ₹9 LPA – ₹15 LPA (Based on experience & performance)Why Join Pentad?
