Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Agent (ISA) with a strong background in voice-based customer service to join our team in Hyderabad. This role involves managing real estate leads, handling client calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth coordination with agents. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a US accent, and a proven track record in voice-based customer service.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead and Client Management:

Manage incoming real estate leads through calls and CRM.

Make outbound calls to nurture relationships with clients and answer their queries.

Ensure all interactions and lead statuses are updated in the CRM.

Voice Communication:

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and clarity.

Build trust and rapport with clients through effective verbal communication.

Address and resolve client concerns promptly over the phone.

Appointment Scheduling:

Schedule and confirm appointments between clients and real estate agents through calls.

Coordinate calendars to ensure timely follow-ups and accurate scheduling.

Follow-Up:

Make follow-up calls to clients and agents to track progress on appointments and inquiries.

Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely updates and solutions.

Team Coordination:

Act as a bridge between clients and real estate agents, ensuring effective collaboration.

Provide agents with detailed notes and feedback from client interactions.


Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

Minimum 4 years of experience in a voice-based US customer service role.

Experience in the US real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral or US accent.

Strong active listening and interpersonal skills.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with CRMs like BoomTown, Follow Up Boss, or similar.

Basic proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong multitasking and time management abilities.

Availability:

Must be available to work during US EST hours.

Flexibility to accommodate occasional weekend or after-hours requirements.


Preferred Skills:


  • Understanding of US real estate processes and terminology.
  • Prior experience in handling voice-based sales or support for the US market.
