The company has restructured the fragmented industry, bringing together designers, brands, manufacturers, and contractors to provide a trusted and predictable e-commerce experience.In this role as Territory Manager - Last Mile Operations, you will be responsible for implementing project management frameworks for residential interior fit-out projects. You will support defining and implementing criteria for project control and management in the region.Lead site delivery teams and their performance of delegated responsibilities.Monitor and control changes/variations, ensuring timely completion of assigned projects while meeting client needs and business objectives.Coordinate teamwork between stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.Establish formal reporting arrangements on project progress for clients and the Company.Guide and manage coordination with vendors and business partners through project completion.Effective candidates will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, having at least 5 years of experience in building construction or a related field.
