Prestige University seeks a highly motivated and experienced Counselling Head to lead our student counselling efforts across India, SAARC, and GCC regions. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students through admissions, convert leads into successful admissions, and build a robust counselling team. This role is essential in driving enrollment and ensuring a high conversion rate of leads to admissions.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Seminars, Workshops, and Webinars:

Conduct seminars, open houses, workshops, and webinars across schools, graduation, and undergrad colleges to promote Prestige University and engage with prospective students.

2. Lead Conversion:

Convert leads generated from outreach activities into successful admissions by providing guidance and support throughout the admissions process.

3. Marketing and Engagement Tools:

Utilize marketing tools such as one-on-one sessions (telephonic and in-person), posters, videos, emailers, WhatsApp, brochures, and student influencers further to increase the conversion rate of leads to admissions.

4. Selection Process Management:

Run a comprehensive selection process that includes administering tests, conducting group discussions (GDs), personal interviews (PIs), reviewing Statements of Purpose (SoPs), and evaluating reference letters.

5. Team Leadership and Development:

Build and lead a team to achieve the abovementioned goals across India, SAARC, and GCC regions. Provide training and mentorship to the counselling team to ensure high performance and alignment with university goals.


Skills Required:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
