Senior Manager – Supply ChainWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Supply Chain function and drive business success.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, leading order management processes, conducting supplier meetings, and ensuring timely manufacturing and delivery of orders.Manage Supply Chain day-to-day operations, including running monthly MRP cycles, Master Production Schedules, and reviewing meeting minutes.Lead order management processes, ensuring purchase orders are generated according to demand and shared with suppliers, and receiving order confirmations within agreed-upon timelines.Conduct weekly and ad-hoc supplier meetings with planners to discuss progress and share meeting minutes.Key Responsibilities:Follow up with suppliers for timely manufacturing and delivery of orders, ensuring they meet delivery timelines as per contract.Cross-functional collaboration for AWS, deviations, root cause analysis, and CAPA management.Coordinate with international marketing teams on supply feasibility and critical products.Collaborate with internal logistics teams and manufacturers for dispatch planning.Handle escalations as a point of contact.Report monthly KPIs and track suppliers' performance on their deliverables.Negotiate prices with suppliers for substantial sales and tender volumes.Manage inventory levels.Oversee supply agreements and addendums.Facilitate re-packing activities for opportunity sales or country-specific requirements.Coordinate with CFT on second-sourcing and bulk strategies.Work with the MKS team for batch size fulfillment and MOQ issues.Monitor and report on monthly Mfg & packing plans with suppliers.Share critical SKUs with suppliers and coordinate expedited packing plans.Forecast and share monthly/quarterly demands with suppliers.Coordinate with suppliers for packing materials inventory, especially for SKUs with AW revisions.Plan new molecule launches according to patent-off timelines.Implement AW changes promptly to avoid packing material destruction costs.Escalate delays in supply due to print proof/AW changes implications to the next level for action planning.Monitor and report supplier performance, DIFOT reporting, and share quarterly reports to improve their performance.Generate monthly MIS reports.
