Talend ArchitectJob Overview:We are seeking an experienced Talend Architect to design and implement real-time data integration solutions using Talend for our client platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ETL architecture, big data processing, and cloud-based integration frameworks.Key Responsibilities:Define and implement ETL architecture leveraging Talend for real-time and batch data processing, designing scalable, fault-tolerant data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and loading into data lake/lakehouse environments.Develop strategies for integrating heterogeneous data sources, APIs, and event-driven systems, ensuring compliance with government interoperability standards and security guidelines.Optimize ETL workflows for high throughput, low latency, and efficient resource utilization, implementing automation for error handling, recovery, and performance tuning.Work closely with Data Architects, Solution Architects, and Data Engineers to align ETL design with overall architecture, providing technical leadership and mentorship to ETL development teams.Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting for ETL processes, ensuring adherence to data governance, quality, and security standards.Stay updated with emerging ETL and big data technologies, recommending innovative approaches to improve data integration and processing capabilities.Requirements:The ideal candidate will have 12-22 years of experience in ETL pipelines design and development, expertise in big data processing, ETL architecture, and cloud-based integration frameworks, good communication skills, collaboration, process orientation, troubleshooting skills, and continuous learning.About the Role:This is a great opportunity for a talented individual to take on a challenging role and make a significant impact on our organization's data integration strategy.
